Are BB&CO™ products tested on animals?
No. We do not test our products on animals. Our products are developed using scientific research and are tested for safety in labs. Then, we test on real live humans – usually ourselves and our friends and family! If we haven’t used the products ourselves, we won’t sell them. It’s that simple.
Can I use BB&CO™ shampoos and conditioners for my entire family?
Yes. BB&CO™ shampoos and conditioners are designed to be safe and gentle enough for babies yet effective for toddlers, teens and even adults. In fact, they are even safe for your furry family members. Every formula is tear free and soap free and made with naturally derived ingredients. Just clean science that you can feel good about!
ORDERING, SHIPPING & RETURNS
Where do you ship?
We ship to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories, or other international destinations.
What’s your shipping policy?
Shipping charges are dependent on the type of product being ordered and are noted in the cart at check-out. Shipping rates are subject to change but are typically:
- $5 flat rate for orders under $25 USD
- Free shipping for orders $25 USD and above
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay.
When will I be charged:
Typically, you will be charged when your order ships. In some circumstances, an authorization hold to validate funds may be placed on credit cards when an order is processed. In most cases, charges will occur 1 – 2 days after placing an order.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax varies based on where you live and what you purchase. Tax based on this information will be shown in the cart before you check out.
How do I change or cancel my order?
To request a cancellation or modification, email us at email@example.com with the order number and changes requested. It is best to request changes as quickly as possible as we are typically unable to make changes once an order has been routed by our warehouse.
If an order is successfully cancelled, a cancellation confirmation email will be sent once confirmed. We’ll refund right away, but it may take 7 – 10 business days to reflect on bank statements. Any orders that are unable to be cancelled will be treated as a return.
What is your return policy?
Products purchased on our website may be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund. To be eligible, products must be new and in original packaging. Products must not be altered in any way. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To request return, email firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization and include your name, address, order number, and reason for return.
Once authorization is received, send the product in its original packaging, including all instruction manuals and printed materials, to the address below. Include a copy of the original packing slip or, if unavailable, a copy of the return authorization email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. Return shipments received without a return authorization will not qualify for a credit.
Refunds will be credited to original method of payment once the return has been received and inspected.
