We want to make buying our products online fast and easy. So, when it comes time to make your BBCOkids.com purchase, you can use any of these payment options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay.
WHERE WE SHIP TO
We ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US Territories, or international destinations.

SHIPPING TIMES QUOTED INCLUDE:
- 2 business days where your order will be processed and prepared for shipment
- Delivery time for these orders is about 7-10 business days
- No signature is required and delivery is via FedEx. Unfortunately, we are unable to change or upgrade the shipping service or speed.
Shipping charges are dependent on the order value. Please note that rates are subject to change; please check the rate before finalizing your order.

While placing your order, please check that your shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. Items may ship from different warehouses. Items ordered together are not always shipped together and may arrive at different times.
CANCELLING OR MODIFYING ORDERS
We pride ourselves on our ability to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but as a result it may not be possible to cancel your order, as it may have already been processed through our warehouse.
If your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. We’ll issue your refund right away, but it may take 10 – 12 business days to reflect on your statements.
Any orders that are unable to be cancelled will have to be treated as a return and the customer will be responsible for all applicable fees. To submit a cancellation request, please email email@example.com or call us at (877) 827-4442.
BBCOkids.com Return Policy
You may return any product purchased on our website within 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund. Returns must be in original packaging and the packaging must be unopened. Refunds will be credited to original method of payment once the return is received and inspected. A 25% restocking and handling fee may be deducted if a product has been opened or is unsalable for any reason. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization and include your name, address, order number, and reason for return.
Once authorization is received, send your return along with the product’s original packaging including all instruction manuals and printed materials to the address below. Include a copy of your packing slip with your return shipment. Please include your return authorization number on your packing slip.
